A Phoenix man has been charged with negligent homicide after his dogs escaped his yard and killed a 77-year-old woman sitting on her front porch. Alejandro Hernandez faces the charge after the death of 77-year-old Maria Eliza Sebastian Ruiz on Tuesday, Fox10 and KTAR report. A Belarusian activist stabbed himself in the neck during a court appearance in the capital, Minsk, a rights group and opposition media have reported. Italy has launched an investigation into the cause of Sunday’s cable car accident that left 14 people dead.
